Welcomes Mr. Erv Lack To The Board; Grant Of Incentive Options

Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (“Silver Grail”) is pleased to welcome Mr. Erv Lack, P.Eng., M.B.A., to its Board of Directors effective February 19, 2007. Mr. Lack is a resident of Alberta, Canada. He is the president of Canada Overseas Trade (2000) Corporation which consults for companies interested in entering or expanding their business into international markets. He is also a director of TSX-V-listed Hyduke Resources Ltd. and Teuton Resources Corp. Prior to 1996 he was Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa with the Alberta Economic Development and Trade.

Incentive options of 100,000 shares have been granted to newly appointed director Mr. Erv Lack. The options are exercisable at $0.52 and have a five year term expiring on February 19, 2012.

Grant of the options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
