Management

Dino M. Cremonese, P.Eng. Director of the Company since 1981, President since 1986. Currently also CEO. Dino graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in 1972 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1979. He has devoted 27 years of his life to exploration of the prolific Stewart-Eskay Creek region of northwest British Columbia, Canada.

Robert G. Smiley, LL.B. Director of the Company since 1986. Currently CFO. Mr. Smiley graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.A. in 1969 and an L.L.B. in 1973. He practiced law as Senior Attorney, Land Department at Chevron Standard Limited and later in private practice both in Alberta and British Columbia. He has been a self employed business consultant since 1997 and is a director and officer of several other public companies.

Erv Lack, P.Eng. M.B.A. Director of the Company since 2007. Mr. Lack, a resident of Alberta, is the president of Canada Overseas Trade (2000) Corporation which consults for companies interested in entering or expanding their business into international markets. He is also a director of TSX-V-listed Hyduke Resources Ltd. , Synodon Inc., Bay Equities Inc. and Teuton Resources Corp. Prior to 1996 he was Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa with the Alberta provincial government department of Economic Development and Trade.

Gertrud Cremonese. Director of the Company since 1984. Retired businesswoman, formerly in real estate and merchandising. Gertrud’s multi-faceted career involved stints in Germany, France, Italy and Canada.

Drill Results From Clone Property
